Main tasks and functions:

  • drafting of the Budget, Development Plan;
  • control and analysis of Budget and Development Plan execution, including coordination and analysis of Budgets
  • financial control of costs;
  • organization of activities aimed at financial support of activities;
  • implementation of the activities envisaged by the Development Strategy, Development Plan within its competence;
  • achievement of the indicators stipulated by the Budget within its competence;
  • within its competence, analyzing financial and economic activities and, based on this analysis, developing proposals to improve financial and economic performance.
