Cargo transportation from the North Terminal is mainly carried out in the direction of the ports of Iran, Russia and Azerbaijan.

Also, the railway company, including segments of the port and shipping company will be able to coordinate all cargo flows, organizing optimal synchronization of the work of different transport, which is also important for the success and competitiveness of the project, including the development of transit.
In general, further plans of Aktau Marine North Terminal are aimed at increasing the company’s production efficiency under the existing competition and fluctuations in the cargo transportation market. According to medium-term forecasts, the main cargoes handled through the North Terminal will be rolled ferrous metals, grain, transit cargoes from China, the Urals regions of Russia and the Persian Gulf countries. As part of its own marketing policy, the company is constantly working to diversify cargo transportation and attract new cargo flows.
At the moment we have already signed contracts with the largest steel producers such as OJSC MMK and JSC ArcelorMittal Temirtau.
At the same time, the existing grain transshipment complex has already allowed the grain transshipment of the largest trading companies of the Republic of Kazakhstan in full volume.
